OUR APPRENTICESHIPS

GARDENER SPECIALISING IN VEGETABLES

During your apprenticeship as a gardener specialising in vegetable cultivation, you will learn about both organic and conventional cultivation at our farms in Rosenweide and Ohlendorf (Lower Saxony). As a vegetable gardener, you will cultivate and care for vegetables, ensuring high-quality harvests. You will work outdoors and in protected cultivation with modern machinery and equipment. Later, you will decide on the ideal harvest time and harvest healthy, top-quality vegetables.

SALESMAN/WOMEN FOR WHOLESALE AND FOREIGN TRADE MANAGEMENT

As a salesman/women for wholesale and foreign trade management, you will market and sell our fresh vegetables to our customers in food retail and the processing industry. The international market also plays an important role here. This varied apprenticeship will allow you to take on exciting roles in sales, purchasing, logistics and marketing. You will also gain an insight into accounting and human resources.
