Layer Salad in a Glass
Ingredients for 4 people
2 SalaRico
2 red bell peppers
200 g tinned pineapple
200 g tinned sweetcorn
200 g cooked ham
200 g cheese (semi-hard cheese)
1/2 radish

1 bunch of herbs (chives, basil, parsley, thyme)
300 g yoghurt
100 g mayonnaise
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
Freshly ground pepper

Trim and wash the SalaRico, cut into 2-cm cubes and spin dry.
Trim and wash the bell peppers and cut into cubes. Do the same with the pineapple. Strain the sweetcorn in a colander, rinse and leave to drain. Cut the ham and cheese into small cubes. Peel the radish and also cut into cubes. For the dressing, finely chop the herbs and mix with the yoghurt and the mayonnaise. Season the whole thing to taste with vinegar, salt, freshly ground pepper and a little sugar.
Layer the prepared ingredients into a glass or glass bowl and top off the salad with the dressing. Garnish with herbs to taste.
