SalaRico with grapes and Gorgonzola cheese sauce
Ingredients for 2 people
1 SalaRico
100 g grapes
100 g Gorgonzola
100 ml white wine
100 ml cream
3 shallots
Red peppercorns
A little oil for frying

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, deglaze with the white wine and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the cream and simmer for another 10 minutes. Finally, break the Gorgonzola into small chunks and stir into the mixture with the red peppercorns. Wash, quarter and cut the SalaRico into strips, wash and halve the grapes and serve both on a plate. Drizzle the lukewarm sauce over the top.
