Lettuce with Honey-Mustard-Vinaigrette
Ingredients for 4 people
1 packet of lettuce
2 tsp. honey (liquid)
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
5 tbsp. white wine vinegar
15 tbsp. olive oil
Salt, freshly ground pepper

Wash and drain the lettuce. Mix the honey with a pinch of salt and the white wine vinegar until the honey has dissolved. Then stir in the mustard. Gradually add the oil to the vinaigrette, whisking continuously until it has a creamy consistency. Season with pepper and a little honey to taste. Just before serving pour onto the lettuce.
