Nutty Summer Salad
Ingredients for 2 people
1-2 SalaCrisp
1 Radicchio Treviso
2-3 leeks
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 tsp. liquid honey
4 tsp. mustard
5 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. water
40g walnuts
½ tsp. salt
Pepper
Trim the Treviso and the SalaCrisp® and wash, shake dry, cut into small pieces and put into a bowl. Roughly chop the walnuts, cut the leeks into rings and add to the lettuce.<br/>
For the dressing: Mix the white wine vinegar, salt, pepper and honey together. Add the mustard and beat. Then stir in water and oil. Drizzle the dressing onto the salad and toss carefully.
