Lettuce with Cranberry Vinaigrette
Ingredients for 2 people
1 lettuce
1 bunch of chives
3 tbsp lemon juice
Salt
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp cranberries (jar, drained)
4 tbsp olive oil
Clean, wash, spin dry the lettuce and tear into coarse pieces. Cut the chives into rings. Stir in the lemon juice, salt and sugar. Mix in the cranberries, chives and olive oil. Spread the vinaigrette over the salad just before serving.
