Chinese Cabbage Salad with Cranberry Dressing
Ingredients for 4 people
400 g Chinese cabbage
100 g grapes
6 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. Balsamic cream
2 tbsp. cranberries

Mix together the olive oil, Balsamic cream and cranberries and season with pepper and salt. Wash the cabbage and cut into narrow strips. Wash and halve the grapes. Just before serving add the grapes to the Chinese cabbage and fold in the dressing.
