Black Radish Salad
Ingredients for 2 people
400 g black radishes
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream or yoghurt
1/2 lemon
2 tbsp oil
Pepper
4 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
1 tbsp honey
Wash the black radish and finely grate with the skin. Season with 1/2 tsp salt and allow to stand for about 15 minutes.
Mix 1 cup sour cream or yoghurt with the juice of half a lemon, 2 tablespoons of oil and pepper and mix with the radish. Roast 4 tbsp sunflower seeds, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, 2 tbsp chopped walnuts together with 1 tbsp honey in the pan and sprinkle over the salad.
