Braised Treviso with Pasta
Ingredients for 4 people
2 radicchio Treviso
2 large onions
2 cloves of garlic
4 spring onions
4 tbsp chopped parsley
6 tbsp olive oil
200 ml cream
3 tbsp vegetable stock powder
2 tbsp sugar
Pepper
Pasta (penne or tortellini)

Cook the selected pasta. Meanwhile chop the onions, garlic and spring onions into small pieces. Sauté the onions in oil in a pan. In the meantime, halve the Treviso, cut the stalk out and cut the leaves into strips. Now add the garlic and spring onions to the pan first, then the Treviso. Briefly (!) heat. Add the sugar, stock, pepper and parsley and douse everything with the cream. Pour over the cooked pasta and serve
