Bluccoli Salad (Cauliflower and Broccoli Salad)
Ingredients for 2 people
1 tray cauliflower and broccoli (Bluccoli)
6 cherry tomatoes
5–10g Parmesan cheese
1 pack salad dressing "Salatkrönung 'Kräuter mit Frühlingszwiebeln'" (Herbs with Spring Onions Salad Dressing Mix)
12g pine nuts
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. water

Trim and wash the cauliflower and broccoli and cut into florets. First just put the cauliflower into boiling salted water, then after approx. 1 minute add the broccoli and cook together for about 3 more minutes; allow to cool. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Add the tomatoes and pine nuts to the cooled florets. Mix the olive oil and water with the packet of salad dressing and pour over the salad. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
