Fruity iceberg salad with cranberry dressing

Ingredients for 2 people
For the salad:
1 iceberg lettuce
200 g feta
1 pear
70 g walnut kernels
1 red onion

For the cranberry dressing:
50 ml orange juice
50 ml white balsamic vinegar
70 ml rapeseed oil
1 tsp honey
3 tbsp cranberries from the jar
Salt and pepper

First, cut the iceberg lettuce in half, cut out the stalk, remove the outer leaves and cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Wash the pear, remove the core and also cut into small pieces. Peel and finely chop the red onion. Roughly chop the walnuts. Crumble the feta cheese and set aside.
 

For the dressing, mix together the orange juice, white balsamic vinegar, rapeseed oil, honey and cranberries and season well with salt and pepper.

Combine all the ingredients with the dressing in a large bowl.
