Broccoli bowl with Sriracha mayo sauce

Ingredients for 2 people
For the bowl:
2 BEHR'S steamed broccoli
100 g carrots
4 mushrooms
1 avocado
150 g tomatoes
1 handful of cashew nuts
100 g Vermicelli rice noodles
100 g smoked salmon

For the sauce:
100 g mayonnaise
1 tsp Sriracha sauce
Juice of one lime
Water

Prepare the BEHR’S Dampfgenuss broccoli in the microwave according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, place the rice noodles in a large bowl and pour over boiling water so that all the noodles are covered. Leave to soak for 5 minutes, drain and set to one side.

 

Cut the carrots into strips, and the mushrooms, avocado and tomatoes into slices or small pieces. Roll up the smoked salmon. To make the Sriracha mayo sauce, mix the ingredients together and mix with a little water until smooth.

 

Arrange all the ingredients side by side in two bowls and top with the sauce and cashew nuts.
