Aioli with fresh garlic

Ingredients for 2 people
2 cloves fresh garlic
50 ml milk
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
150 ml rapeseed oil

Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.

Place all ingredients except the rapeseed oil in a tall container and blend with a hand blender. Push the blender to the bottom without moving it at first. After about 5 seconds, slowly pull the hand blender upwards, gradually working in the oil in a small stream until the mixture starts to thicken.

Serve with baguette and olives as desired.
