Butterhead lettuce with turkey strips and strawberries

Ingredients for 4 people
1 lettuce
A few stalks of chives
A few stalks of parsley
300 g strawberries
200 g feta cheese
300 g turkey breast
Oil for frying
Salt, pepper

For the dressing:
8 tbsp olive oil
½ lemon
Sugar, salt, pepper

First, cut the turkey into strips. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat for 4–5 minutes, turning often. Season with salt and pepper.

 

Wash and dry the lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces. Cut the chives into small rolls and finely chop the parsley. Wash and slice the strawberries. Crumble the feta cheese.

 

For the dressing, mix the olive oil with the juice of half the lemon and season with sugar, salt and pepper.

 

Finally, put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix with the dressing and arrange.

 Tip: A little fresh baguette is a delicious accompaniment.
