Cauliflower and broccoli with tomato and chives aioli

Ingredients for 2 people
1 pack of BEHR'S steamed cauliflower and broccoli
For the sauce:
1 egg yolk
20 g mustard
Juice of half a lemon
6 g salt
1 clove of garlic
Pepper from the mill
100 ml sunflower oil
50 ml sour cream
50 g tomatoes, cut into cubes
5 g chives, cut into fine rings

How to make the sauce:

 

All you need is a medium bowl and a whisk.

 

Add the egg yolk, mustard, salt, pepper and lemon juice to the bowl. Now mix the ingredients with a whisk and gradually add the sunflower oil, stirring constantly until you have a nice smooth mixture, also known as mayonnaise. Now grate the peeled garlic very finely and add it with the cream. Finally, add the diced tomatoes and chives, stir again and arrange in small bowls.
