Mini-Wok Choi (Pak Choi) with Sesame Seeds
Ingredients for 2 people
300 g Mini-Wok Choi (Pak Choi)
Sesame oil
Salt, pepper
Sesame seeds
Wash the Mini-Wok Choi. Remove the leaves from the stems and cut across.
Cut the stems into pieces and fry for approx. 2 minutes in sesame oil. Add the leaves
shortly before the stems are done and season the whole thing with a little salt and pepper
to taste. Finish off by sprinkling sesame seeds over the top.
We recommend serving with rice.
