Fruity SalaRico® Salad
Ingredients for 2 people
1 SalaRico®
1 baby pineapple/1 small tin of pineapple
3 mandarine oranges /1 small tin of mandarines
200ml yoghurt
1 untreated lemon
1-2 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt and pepper (red pepper or lemon pepper go very well)
Pull leaves off lettuce, wash and dry them in the salad spinner. Peel the baby pineapple, cut into slices and brown in a pan. Peel and slice the mandarines. Arrange ingredients on plates. Make a dressing from the yoghurt, grated lemon, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and distribute between the plates. This is a light summer salad that makes a good accompaniment to white, fried or grilled meat.
